    This is your chance to join our team - help us to design the transportation and infrastructure that improves the worldWe are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to support the development and production of proposals, presentations, brochures, and contract administration for awarded projects.


    Responsibilities:
    This person will work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator. Must be well organized, detail oriented, high energy and responsive with excellent writing/proofreading and graphic/page layout skills.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree required1-3 years of relevant professional experience requiredBackground in writing/proofreading requiredBackground in art is a plusPossess a strong and clear professional communication styleExcellent verbal communication skillsSuperb multi-tasking skillsExcellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skillsProficient in desktop publishing software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Proficient in business and technical writing and editingAbility to work well as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, and identify and swiftly solve problemsAbility to meet tight deadlinesBe self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creativeEffective time management skillsAll applications must include a resume and writing sample
