This is your chance to join our team - help us to design the transportation and infrastructure that improves the world**We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to support the development and production of proposals, presentations, brochures, and contract administration for awarded projects.


Responsibilities:

This person will work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator. Must be well organized, detail oriented, high energy and responsive with excellent writing/proofreading and graphic/page layout skills.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 13 years of relevant professional experience required
  • Background in writing/proofreading required
  • Background in art is a plus
  • Possess a strong and clear professional communication style
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Superb multitasking skills
  • Excellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills
  • Proficient in desktop publishing software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficient in business and technical writing and editing
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, and identify and swiftly solve problems
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Be selfmotivated, confident, energetic, and creative
  • Effective time management skills
