    Description


    LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering on the hiring of a Director of Development for a startup, creative based nonprofit organization located in Seattle, WA.

    The selected individual will be a member of the management team and will be responsible for building out programs and fundraising efforts.

    This position requires someone with experience developing relationships with individuals, corporations and foundations; a passion for the arts is highly desired.

    This role is fully remote.


    Responsibilities include:
    Create and develop new program initiatives to build long-term financial stability

    Identify and prospect fundraising efforts through market research, referrals, existing clients, and networking

    Collaborate with high level management and board members on increasing value propositions

    Write effective, successful company communications to internal and external audiences

    Qualifications needed:

    5+ years experience building out programs and/or business operations

    3+ years of progressive experience in sales, outreach, fundraising or membership development, with a proven track record of success.

    Experience creating outreach and engagement strategy

    Strong communication skills and proven track record of interaction with community business leaders

    Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM databases

    A passion for the arts and creative ventures highly desired

    This role offers medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO and WFH reimbursement.


    Pay Details:
    $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
