Sanhua is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team in our Houstonoffice. This role maintains upgrades, maintenance, and any installations needed for our employees. The IT Business Systems Analyst will educate our employees and be their point of contact for support within the business for technical needs and have the opportunity to interact with business leaders on functional requirements to design solutions and work with other departments to build, test, deploy and support the organizations IT systems. They will be a key component in implementing systems and turning business ideas into high-quality results driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong time-management skills and excellent communication skills, which enable him/her to work with various employees and leaders within the company. The IT Business Systems Analyst will own any/all technical problems and feel passionate about technology and helping others.

Responsibilities:

Manage – Respond to calls and emails, provide fast follow-up, and identify solutions. Collaborate with our internal and external customers to elaborate on project statuses and winning achievements.

Administer the ERP application ensuring all users have properly configured accounts with the correct level of access to effectively perform their job.

Maintenance – Perform server administration tasks, including user management, security protocols, and network maintenance. Monitor for bugs, review incoming data and use existing tools to respond to issues as they arise. Develop and test new technologies as needed. Perform routine audits of the systems and perform the nightly backup as directed.

Hands on Infor related development and analysis experience: Syteline Forms, Tables, Module customization/enhancement.
Conduct application training to select end users to increase application knowledge levels.
Apply both technical and functional knowledge to work with end-users to customize the ERP system for business process development and improvement.

Strategize and Project

Development of new modules/functionality within Syteline -Application support, end-user support, and training experience.
Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques including ability to find root cause and corrective action for given problems.
Develops ERP system data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent years of experience as a business analyst.
5 years of associated ERP work experience, preferably with any version of Infor Syteline.
Programming experience with Visual basic, C++ Advanced Microsoft Access and/or SQL database
LN or Cloudsuite experience
Fluency in Spanish and/ or Chinese language is a plus.
