- Accounting Support
- Routine filing of Accounts Payable invoices.
- Preparing files/boxes for year-end transfer to permanent storage.
- Daily errands (banks/Post Office)
- Mail processing and distribution
- Scan and distribute mail to remote employees.
- Process in-house deposits for remote employees.
- Projects
- Assist Controller and VP of Finance with various accounting related projects
- Assists the department with special projects, as requested.
- Performs other related duties as required and/or assigned by the Controller and/or VP of Finance
- Front Desk Support
- Answer the telephone with a smile. Managing a high volume of phone calls using a multi-line system.
- Greet staff and guests in a professional, polite manner while following all front desk protocols.
- Assist the front desk daily with large amounts of mail and miscellaneous administrative tasks
- May be asked to run incidental errands.

- Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures
- Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures
- Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
- Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
- Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance
- Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative support data entry role, preferably within Residential Property Management
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- Preferred experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service
- Preferred 1 year of Property Management Experience
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, QuickBooks, email, internet). Yardi experience helpful. Typing: 40 WPM, 8000 KSPH (alpha-numeric) and 10,000 KSPH (10-key)
