    About this position:


    We are looking for an energetic and passionate candidate that is seeking an opportunity to join our IT team at one of the highest-rated healthcare systems in the Puget Sound area EvergreenHealth was just ranked as a top 50 Hospital in America by Healthgrades which puts us in the top 1% of all US Hospitals.


    Primary Duties:

    • Collaborates with IT Project Managers, Construction Management, and other organizational leaders on major capital and operational projects.
    • Oversees and participates in large-scale deployments and/or moves.
    • Deploys new computers, mobile devices, software, or peripherals throughout the enterprise.
    • Adds, moves, and changes computers, applications, application data sets, and other devices as required.
    • Based on customer needs, determines a course of action to deliver a resolution to a variety of problems or requests.
    • Customizes computer configurations to meet end-user requirements.
    • Troubleshoots and repairs computer connectivity problems to network services.
    • Troubleshoots and repairs application software installed on client computers.
    • Document all troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation steps into the Fresh Service IT Ticketing System
    • Responsible for the ongoing support of Windows PCs, mobile devices (iOS and Android), and printers; using tools such as SCCM, MDM, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills and Responsibilities:

    • Intermediate skill level - Windows 10 Operating System.
    • Intermediate skill level - Microsoft Office 365.
    • Intermediate understanding of computer networks (LAN, WAN, and computer networking).
    • Demonstrated problem solving, excellent communication, and listening skills.
    • Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
    • Ability to create and update Knowledge Base and customer-facing documentation.
    • MS Configuration Manager or similar - asset management & imaging
    • Minimum of 1-year Desktop experience.
    • Current Washington State Drivers license and proof of insurability.
    • High School graduate or equivalent.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Experience working with SaaS-based ticketing systems such as Freshservice.
    • Experience in planning and deployment of large-scale moves.
    • Scripting and automation - PowerShell, Python
    • MDM such as Intune, Airwatch, and SOTI MobiControl
    • Bachelor's Degree with an IT focus
