    Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International, Inc. (ATL) has partnered with Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. to form Hanford Laboratory Management and Integration (HLMI).

    We are seeking applicants for one open Operations Support Specialist position for the 222-S Laboratory, a DOE facility specializing in the analysis of highly radioactive samples.

    Work location is in the 200W Area of the Hanford Site near Richland, WA.

    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for providing administrative support to management on various processes, equipment, and upgrade projects.

    Under general supervision, candidate must be able to complete the following duties:


    • Provide general administrative support to the contractor and quality assurance team in various areas such as Integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS), training, procedure writing, document control, assessments, data review, scheduling, performance metrics, etc.
    • Assist and serve as back-up to the primary administrator of iCAS by supporting all phases of iCAS

    Duties to include:

    evaluation/screening of Action Requests (ARs), monitoring and tracking of ARs, assisting actionees and Responsible Managers (RM) in developing corrective action plans and closing ARs, and performing trend analyses.


    • Assist with the implementation of an effective assessment program by serving as POC.
    • Support development and preparation of various management reports, compile data for reports, and provide presentation of data and findings.
    • Provide support administration on internal performance metrics, charts, and reports.
    • Evaluate complex-wide lessons learned via OPEXShare for HLMI applicability and communication, and evaluate internal OpexShare for complex-wide applicability / posting.
    • Conduct document/procedures reviews.
    • Participate in and provide support in event investigations, fact findings, critiques, and root cause analysis.
    • Support the records management system by ensuring records are uploaded to IDMS and maintained according to the Records Inventory and Disposition Schedule (RIDS).
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • BA/BS in related field or related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
    • HLMI is a Federal Government Contractor and therefore required to comply with Federally mandated COVID-19 safety protocols. HLMI employees are required to attest to and provide verification that they are fully vaccinated.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • BA/BS in related field and 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
