Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Sophia Health Institute. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, performing clerical duties, and providing customer service to patients. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and should present a welcoming and professional demeanor.
