    Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to join the Seattle Broadway in team in a full-time day shift position. Purpose
    The Front Desk Receptionist is the first person most patients and visitors interact with and is responsible for leadership and organization of the front desk. The Receptionist is responsible to the Assistant Director of Clinical Support Services for NKC reception, customer service, telephone, and mail services. Greets patients and visitors, providing information and assistance, as needed. Works with patients, families, visitors, and team members to identify needs, resolve problems, or provide information. The position provides Office Services duties such as operating telephones, mailing and postage equipment, and observing all Office Services procedures. Performs projects as assigned. Shift: Full-time, day shift , Mon-Fri*The Front Desk Receptionist will support the Burien Clinic in 2 hour increments for 6 to 8 hours per week. Required qualifications
  • High School level training or equivalent office-related experience
  • 6+ months of receptionist experience
  • Typing 50+ WPM
  • Personal vehicle and clean driving record
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare/customer facing environment

  • Paid Time Off includes personal time off and 8 Holidays. PTO will accrue bi-weekly and will be pro-rated based on the FTE. The accrual rate will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff.
