    Job DescriptionJob Title: Front Desk Receptionist (2-Month Contract)
    Location: Bellevue, WA

    Job Overview:
    LHH is interviewing candidates for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our clients need for a 2-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk area and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
    This is a temporary position for a 2-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
    • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
    • Assist with administrative tasks
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the office manager.
    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years within office environment (Required)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
