NUCKOLLS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing passion and purpose to the table. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are looking for someone ready to take charge and make an impact. As part of the role, you will dive deep into servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, while also exploring new business opportunities through referrals and leads. Additionally, leading a team to carry out these tasks efficiently is a key aspect of this role.
As you progress in this role, you will have the opportunity to step into the Agency Director position, honing your skills with our tried and tested systems and processes. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
