    Description

    NUCKOLLS is in search of a dynamic professional to join our team who is driven by passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are a trailblazer in our industry. As our newest team member, you will engage in servicing our current roster of 2,000 business clients, cultivate new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads, and guide a small team in executing these tasks. Your journey with us will involve mastering our systems and processes, eventually progressing into the role of Agency Director.

    This position offers weekly compensation in the range of $70,000-$85,000 during the first year. Key responsibilities include:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities in a B2B setting
    • Supervision and optimization of team performance
    • Training and mentoring new team members on established systems
    • Consistent reporting of field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development on a daily basis

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Effective time management abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Proven supervisory and leadership skills
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
    • Adaptability in high-pressure environments and fast-paced settings
    • A genuine desire to assist others and foster relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented approach
    • Familiarity with CRMs, with a preference for Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
