    Description

    NUCKOLLS is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with deep passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a solid 120-year history in the industry, we are pioneers paving the way forward.

    The selected candidate will dive into understanding our processes, serving our current portfolio of 2,000 business clients, and nurturing relationships to expand our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you'll be tasked with leading a small team to execute these responsibilities effectively.

    As you sharpen your skills through our systems and processes, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This full-time position offers a weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 on average in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervision of team activities and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development
    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven time management abilities to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for aiding others and fostering relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement interest
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Required 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
