    Description

    NUCKOLLS is searching for a motivated leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry. In this role, you will engage with our existing base of 2,000 business clients, cultivate new relationships to expand our clientele using referrals and leads, and oversee a small team to carry out these responsibilities.

    As you become proficient in our processes and systems, you will transition into the role of Agency Director, guiding and training your team to success. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service and support existing client portfolio.
    • Research and pursue new business prospects (B2B).
    • Supervise team activities and monitor outcomes.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on established systems.
    • Report daily field activities using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
    • Effective performance in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments.
    • Dedication to assisting individuals and fostering relationships.
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community involvement and engagement.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Must possess a clean background and have personal transportation.
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before moving forward.
