    Description

    NUCKOLLS is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear goals. With over a century of experience, we stand at the forefront of our industry. In this role, you'll immerse yourself in our client management process, serving our current base of 2,000 businesses while expanding our reach to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you'll lead a small team, guiding them to achieve the same objectives. As you gain expertise in our systems and procedures, you'll progress to the position of Agency Director. This role offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train new team members on current systems
    • Report daily field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting others and building connections
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Involvement in the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Required to have a clean background and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement
