- Develop and maintain knowledge of all new and used vehicles in inventory
- Assist customers in selecting and test driving vehicles
- Understand and explain financing and leasing options to customers

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for the sales and leasing process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build longterm relationships
- Meet or exceed sales and performance goals set by the dealership
- Continuously build and maintain a network of potential clients through various sales and marketing techniques
- Keep uptodate with industry trends, new vehicle models, and features
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle highpressure situations
- Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
