Position Summary:
Octapharma USA is searching for a Sales Training Manager to join our team. The Sales Training Manager (STM) is responsible for developing, designing, delivering, analyzing, and effectively utilizing strategies to implement sales training. The goal is to improve knowledge and competencies around the execution of business unit and sales team objectives to improve sales skills, sales leadership, sales process, and sales effectiveness as well as high impact results. The STM will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful design and roll out of training programs and projects that positively impact Octapharma USA. The STM is responsible for strategically aligning training strategies and content to support Octapharma's organizational goals.

Octapharma USA Compensation and Benefit Summary: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $165,000 to $195,000; however, unexpected and necessary adjustments or increases may result from Company annual salary increases, if applicable, and or fluctuations in the job market necessitating adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits, including parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
