    Description

    A well-established company who manufactures shoes for diabetic patients as well as orthotics and custom orthotics engineered to provide unsurpassed comfort and ultimate protection.

    The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring that healthcare facilities provide exceptional care while maintaining operational efficiency. This position involves overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of patient care, from coordinating with medical staff to implementing policies that enhance patient satisfaction and safety.

    • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care protocols and standards to ensure excellence in patient care delivery across the organization.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with healthcare laws, standards, and practices to maintain accreditation and legal operation.

    Applicants will be expected to have:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field minimum, ideally possessing Associate's or Master's Degrees
    • History of progressively responsible roles in healthcare, demonstrating an ability to lead and innovate in patient care services.
    • A blend of hands-on experience in patient care and administrative leadership within healthcare setting.
