Marketing & Events Coordinator - Philadelphia, United States - NeuroFlow

    Default job background
    Description

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system and how veterans and civilians alike face too many barriers when it comes to receiving appropriate, timely care.

While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met his future co-founder Adam Pardes, and the two agreed even the most engaging digital mental health apps in the world wouldnt truly change the problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. And so they created NeuroFlow.

    What We Do:

NeuroFlow helps risk-bearing healthcare organizations improve outcomes and cost of care in medically complex populations by surfacing and supporting behavioral health needs that typically go undetected and under-addressed. Across payors, providers, and the federal government, NeuroFlow's scalable technology and analytics capabilities empower organizations with the behavioral health insights they're missing to manage these populations in a financially sustainable way. Powered by deep expertise in whole-person care, NeuroFlow offers a path to risk predictability and proactive care that helps overcome the systemic challenges in today's healthcare ecosystem.

    How We Do It:

The award-winning culture at NeuroFlow is one built around encouragement and daring to be great. Our core values have been displayed in our office since day one, and each team member is responsible for carrying out these values and keeping each other accountable to them. We succeed through our flexibility and agility, navigating and transforming an industry ripe for change where no or cant is too often the default. NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a fun and challenging fast-paced environment with direct, meaningful impact on helping to close the divide between mental and physical health.

    Responsibilities:

    Event Management:

    • Strong emphasis on event logistics and coordination across physical and digital events, including demand generation events, brand awareness opportunities, events for NeuroFlows Political Action Committee (PAC), and virtual webinars.
    • Own the end-to-end logistics and prep for the annual NeuroFlow Client Summit, including agency and vendor management, email and invite campaign ownership, project managing the responsibilities of internal stakeholders, etc.
    • Support the People Ops team in executing the annual company employee onsite.

    Growth Marketing & Operations:

    • Own channel management with an intense focus on the execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
    • Manage relationships with external partners to schedule and coordinate marketing activities, including webinar planning and logistics, digital marketing, advertising placements in partner channels, paid ads, and social media management.
    • Own list management and data quality to ensure campaigns are reaching our ideal target audience. Current list management resources: ZoomInfo, AIS and Definitive Healthcare. Use knowledge of these target audiences to support articulation of buyer personas, in partnership with Product Marketing.
    • Partner with Sales to create outreach tiers and fill in our database with key contact info, unlocking better account-based demand gen strategies.
    • Monitor and improve lead tracking processes and enhance nurturing workflows in partnership with Sales.
    • Own the marketing campaign data analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement and optimization.
    • Support cross-team performance reporting and centralize budget management.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in growth marketing and marketing operations, incorporating relevant advancements into strategy development and implementation.
    • Design and order swag, business cards, marketing collateral, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on some combination of growth marketing, demand generation, operations and/or events marketing
    • Experience in events coordination and project management, with a strong professional presence in representing the NeuroFlow brand to external parties
    • Comfort in HubSpot and Salesforce platforms as well as list management services like ZoomInfo, with experience leveraging these tools to advance growth marketing strategies, streamline campaign operations, and improve performance

    Who you are:

    • You have exceptional organizational skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
    • Strong executive presence with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will act as the face of NeuroFlow for many partners, clients and prospects who engage with us through events and marketing activities
    • Analytically-minded and curious, with a knack for reporting and an interest in crafting creative strategies for performance optimization
    • A reliable team player who is excited about all that comes with working for a high growth, impact-focused technology firm
