- Administer HR policies, and HR-related compliance efforts and provide counsel to management and employees on HR matters. Maintain appropriate documentation
- Coordinate HR processes including performance reviews, wage adjustments, years of service recognition, recognition awards and events, etc.
- Develop and administer an effective talent management program to include workforce planning, recruitment, orientation, and onboarding.
- Work with HR Staff, Parent Company, and vendors to ensure all relevant employee information is uploaded accurately and timely and maintained in the HRIS.
- Administer health and welfare benefit programs, including working with vendors and employees for annual renewals.
- Coordinate with the Parent Company and vendors to ensure compliance with employee benefit programs.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to benefits and advocate for employees where appropriate.
- Ensure the company's compliance with OSHA and EEO programs and reporting.
- Provide corrective guidance for employee performance improvement plans as appropriate.
- Administer all leave programs to include Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Worker's Compensation.
- Contribute to a positive employee relations environment. Foster a collaborative culture. Focus on employee engagement.

What do you need to succeed?
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of Human Resources Generalist experience, with a minimum of 3 years at the Human Resources management level. Manufacturing experience is helpful
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity working with HRIS and payroll software, ADP preferred.
• Possess knowledge of employment and benefit regulations and compliance.
