The FIS Platform team's vision is to enable developers to access a full suite of financial capabilities and build their own applications through low and no-code experiences.

Our team is looking for a Senior Designer to help design the future of banking experiences for millions of consumers.
This is a senior-level position within our new design group, focusing on a mix of designing embedded banking experiences from scratch, redesigning existing SaaS banking products, and contributing to and extending an FIS design system.
You will help shape the design culture and work hand in hand with product, engineering, and others to launch high quality products to our clients and their customers.
What you will be doing:
Leverage customer insights to define the requirements of end-to-end product experiences and features. Design product experiences for a mix of developer, mobile, and SaaS products. Lead design sprints and design planning processes to create exceptional user experiences. Work closely with engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from initial planning phases to final designs to launch. Develop and maintain design systems that can be applied across a broad suite of financial software products. Be a part of a cultural shift toward a design-forward environment by establishing and implementing design-oriented mechanisms.
What you will need:
5+ years as a product designer at a consumer or enterprise technology company. Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and usability best practices. Experience working closely with product and engineering to ship and iterate on customer-facing products. Thorough knowledge of UX research approaches and methodologies. Familiarity with modern developer platforms and ecosystems. Proven ability to turn research results into product designs. Ability to influence a range of audiences and manage multiple projects concurrently.

The pay range for this full-time position is $136, $228,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
