    Description
    Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising.

    We work with some of your favorite disruptor brands—like Calm, Fiverr, OneWheel and Chime—to grow their business through linear and streaming TV.

    We combine a sophisticated media buying platform with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.

    Magazine for the third consecutive year, our team includes founders and leaders from Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Shazam and Facebook.

    We are growing rapidly as we accelerate our mission to automate the complex landscape of managing and measuring television advertising.

    We have a long-term goal to make marketing on TV available to businesses of any size.
    You are passionate about solving complex design challenges.
    You love both design discovery research and execution.
    You like the sound of foundationally impacting design culture at Tatari.
    Let empathy be a guiding principle from the starting discovery phase of the project, through to finished deliverables, creating usable/focused designs representing an innovative perspective and application of best practices
    Lead the product process in its discovery phase and facilitate design thinking exercises, brainstorms, and workshops. Inform and validate ideas by conducting user interviews, usability tests, and other UX research methods
    Create user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas at the appropriate level of fidelity in a collaborative manner with product, engineering, and internal stakeholders
    Rationalize UX solutions with data, improve designs through user feedback, and thoughtfully question the status quo
    Collaborate with the Design team to influence, expand, and improve the Tatari Design System
    6+ years of experience designing digital products and user interfaces
    ~ Expert level design execution skills, including interface, interaction, visual design
    ~ Keen sense of empathy and user-centered design
    ~ Navigate and control modern interface design tools with ease (Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe CC, etc.)
    ~ Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.
    ~ Experience with data visualization is a plus

    UX/Product design portfolio or case studies (minimum of 2) demonstrating unique perspective and contribution to products that have shipped, with successful outcomes
