With the freedom to drive effective solutions and create elegant user experiences, you'll build strong relationships with product and engineering counterparts to bring these solutions to life, ultimately delivering outstanding results that resonate with customers.

*Position reports to Pleasanton, CA - Onsite position*

How you will make an impact:

• Simplify challenging interaction issues and promote a user-centered design strategy focused on customer needs.
• Lead design improvements through experimentation, using methods like A/B testing to enhance user experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders to actualize designs.
• Produce meticulously detailed designs and specs for the development team, ensuring a seamless transition and implementation.
• Infuse your dedication to solving customer problems into every design choice, crafting intuitive and effective solutions.
• Translate ideas into high-fidelity prototypes, enabling stakeholders to envision Vagaro's product and feature future.
• Contribute to the advancement and upkeep of our design system in partnership with the team, ensuring uniformity and scalability throughout our platform.
• Ensure reliability by adhering to assigned shifts and adapting to additional tasks when required.

Who we are looking for:

• 2-5 years of experience in product design, showcasing a history of delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to maximize its features for effective design implementation.
• Posess a strong sense of taste and aesthetic awareness, paying close attention to detail and design.
• Passionate about crafting beautiful, sleek, and user-friendly designs that captivate users.
• Previous experience in designing with Webflow is a plus, though not mandatory.
