    Description

    Production Designer Location: San Francisco Hybrid (2 days/onsite)

    Duration: 7 Months

    Hourly Rate: Up to $52/hour (DOE)

    Planet Interactive's Global Beauty Client has a HOT need for a Production Designer 5+ years' digital production or graphic design experience with an agency or in-house marketing team.

    In this role, the Production Designer will be responsible for creating digital and printed creative content, based on established core assets, templates and style guides.

    Production Designer Responsibilities:

    • Partner with marketing, design, copy and program management team
    • Participate in proofing process via Proof HQ
    • Active member of the production team and pitch in when a project requires an all hands-on deck approach
    • Hand off final files in accordance with established processes
    • Provide direction and quality control for digital assets designed by outside agencies

    Production Designer Qualifications:

    • Experience working with digital assets such as email, animated display banners, social ads and site banners
    • Experience working with Print assets such as mailers, retail signage, etc,.
    • Strong attention to detail, typography, color and composition
    • Flexibility and ability to take and incorporate feedback into design
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment with tight deadlines
    • Proficient knowledge of Adobe programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
    • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
    • Understanding of retail/CPG clients
