- Prepares 24-hour daily staffing schedule transcribed from the 4-weekschedule prepared by the PCC.

- Supports/maintains daily schedules.
- Communicates changest PCC/Managers, Supervisors and Directors as necessary.
- Records call-offs and callouts in the system and on the daily staffing sheets.
- Communicates changes to floors/supervisors 100% of thetime.
- Staffing is accomplished for the hospital on a continual basis to simultaneously fill all needs.
- Consults with PCC/Managers or shift coordinator to assess bed availability, census, relative acuity, admissions, discharges and transports to determine best solutions for appropriate staffing.
- Mustbe doneatleast twice per shift.
- Understands, communicates and upholdsall staffing policies.
- Variances/Staffing grids are approved by Director.
- Coordinates patient care services and transports with other departments according to procedure and policy whenappropriate.
