Centennial Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a nursing home in
West Philadelphia is looking for a
HR/ Staffing Coordinator assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct interviews.
- Run background check
- License verification
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is up to date
- Conduct reference checks
- Keep track of open positions
- Ensure all employees are in the clock
- Keep track of time off and call outs
- Assist with orientation
- Create schedules for new employees
Experience:
- 1 year of Staffing / HR experience in a nursing home setting
- Experience with time and attendance SBV preffered
