Description
Do you have an eye for detail and managing event logistics for trade shows? In this position you will manage all aspects behind the scenes for conferences, events, and trade shows. You will handle program deliverables, including marketing communications, collateral, registration and promotions, and event logistics and sales communications. Although experience in the finance industry is not required, this position sits within a Global Financial Services firm The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience working with event planning and marketing. The team uses a hybrid schedule from the New York, NY officesalary: $43 - $45 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
• You will handle program deliverables, including marketing communications, collateral, registration/invitation copy/promotions, event logistics and sales communications
• You will own third-party conferences, including marketing, event planning, exhibit booths and working with sales on staffing and scheduling
• You will support smaller industry conference deliverables through booth coordination and premiums
• You will ensure all event components are impactful, follow guidelines to showcase SPDR thought leadership in an integrated marketing approach across channels
• Provide on-site support for additional events needed
• You will maintain the events budgets, submit invoices, and track team corporate credit cards
• Maintain the events/conferences calendar with dates, costs, venues etc
• Maintain premiums; maintain quantities, stock and refresh items on SalesForce
• Dedicated to measuring return on investment for all programs and help provide analysis reporting.
