- Manage Supply and Demand for a product family and work with our manufacturing partners to establish a production capacity
- Monitor actual performance versus plan and engage cross-functional efforts to resolve unplanned events
- Proactively identify and monitor monthly KPIs
- Oversee all inventory activities at our Kyle Cavan locations
- Submit monthly financial forecasting materials for sales, margin, inventory excess
- Ensure timely, accurate inventory in our systems and resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Assist in the creation and tracking of the financial forecast
- Proactively develop recommendations to support business objectives
- Build and evolve planning tools and processes to support growth and keep up with rapidly changing business needs
- Highly proficient in MS office suite (specifically MS Excel) Great affinity with tools, systems & data and have strong analytical skills
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field
- Adept at defining and reporting on key performance metrics in an inventory-based business
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement
- Experience in the jewelry industry or DTC is preferred
- Self-starter who's highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized

The Role:
Operations Manager (Contract with potential for full-time)
We are seeking a results-driven, innovative, and passionate leader to serve in the role of Operations Manager for Kyle Cavan. You will play a key role in implementing optimal strategies for production, supply chain, and inventory management that will help scale our business.
Responsibilities
Our Operations team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience from the time a customer places an order to the moment a customer opens their package. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production planning, supply chain, inventory management, and fulfillment.

As Kyle Cavan grows in new marketplaces and broadens its footprint in the collegiate space, you will be critical in the planning and execution of efficient supply chain strategies. In this vital and highly cross functional role you will leverage business analysis to drive optimization and deliver objectives in the areas of demand planning, inventory management, supply management, and logistics. This position works to develop best practice frameworks and processes focused on standardization and optimization of our supply chain activities.
