    • Irving, TXDescriptionJob SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator I is responsible for coordinating the development, delivery, and measurement of all facets of the marketing campaigns including print collateral, email communications, web pages, trade show materials and business presentations.

    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support and assistance for the coordination and execution of the project lifecycle on various marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are completed per project timelines.

    Provides end-to-end event support such as assisting with the creation of conference marketing materials and planning documents, and coordinating logistics including ordering, packing, shipping, and tracking event materials.

    Manage creation, approval, and distribution of email communications to external clients.
    Maintains brand consistency by applying templates and the production of print collateral, web page design and other marketing materials.
    Participates in additional department projects as needed, working collaboratively with the marketing team and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    Position RequirementsEducationHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferredExperienceMinimum one year of marketing experience or experience in a professional environment required.

    Knowledge of consumer marketing, preferably within the financial services industryFunctional/Technical SkillsExceptionally strong oral and written communication skillsHigh organized and detail orientedDemonstrates excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to manage and negotiate project plans and timeframesDemonstrates strong interpersonal skills, works well with internal departments and external vendorsStrategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve Innovative and self-motivated.

    Able to work independently and with a team effectively.

    Must be a creative thinker and passionate about marketing and brand management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)Experience working in project management systems , Asana, Wrike, etc.) Familiarity with Adobe Design Programs, preferred but not required Environmental/Physical DemandsWork is typically performed in a standard office environment.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sustain predictable work attendance, communicate with others, frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use arms, hands and fingers to reach, handle or touch.

    The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
