    Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team.

    The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, and customer engagement.

    This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in coordinating successful marketing campaigns.

    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet organizational goals.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

    Creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, company newsletters, sales propaganda, detailed project proposals for customers and more.

    Ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging across all company divisions.
    Coordinate and manage marketing events, including conferences, company events, client events, and trade shows.
    Oversee logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
    Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
    Execute online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
    Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
    Track expenses and provide regular financial updates.
    Work closely with sales, business development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within the marketing department.
    Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the brand image through consistent messaging and visual elements.
    Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials.
    Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members.
    Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.

    Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketingProven experience in marketing coordination, with a focus on campaign management, brand development and strategic planningProficiency in marketing software and tools including InDesign, Adobe cloud, Microsoft suite, Blue Beam, Wordpress, Panda Doc, Canva, Illustrator, SEO and social media forums Required Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesStrong project management and organizational skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
    Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
    Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
    Physical RequirementsRequires mobility within an office environment. Regularly required to talk and hear. Effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including using the telephone. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The employee may be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and bend. May be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Possess good hearing, normal or corrected.

    The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.

    The employee may be required to climb stairs.

    Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night or weekend shifts, as needed.
