    Grow your career as a successful Marketing & Analytics Coordinator within Trisept Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of supplier paid advertising on VAX VacationAccess as well as producing analytic reports for VAX's customers. You will support the development and execution of VAX's communications to travel advisors via our website, email, trade media, print materials and events. Communications are developed for the purpose of generating additional product engagement from users, acquiring new users and generating interest from new advertisers.

    A successfulMarketing & Analytics Coordinator will:

    • Facilitate the scheduling, proofing and executing of online ads and email.
    • Coordinate advertising campaign materials with necessary internal support areas to ensure timely and efficient workflow that optimizes resources and maximizes supplier satisfaction.
    • Support and manage multiple supplier campaigns to meet deadlines.
    • Ensure accurate representation of supplier creative and branding throughout the site.
    • Recommend ad copy edits to banner ads, email and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness and align with best practices.
    • Accurately manage and maintain advertising media schedules for advertising placements and participating suppliers.
    • Prepare post-campaign proof-of-performance, including advertising performance reports.
    • Monitor site content to maximize user engagement and support revenue goals.
    • Make sure the site is operating and functioning as intended.
    • Ensure content accuracy and clarity to provide maximum value to suppliers.
    • Work closely with VAX and Trisept team members to support and implement new opportunities for improving the site.
    • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and review of the site to ensure best practices.
    • Execute travel advisor and advertiser engagement communication plans ensuring alignment with company objectives, strategies and KPIs.
    • Secure all performance metrics from traditional media placements as well as campaign recaps and advertiser campaign summaries.
    • Collaborate with product and engagement teams including production, design manager and content manager to ensure efficient and effective execution of online campaigns.
    • Compile ad hoc analytics reporting and manage data reporting requests.
    • Track and compile organizational KPIs and standardized reporting from multiple systems.
    • Support advisor and supplier usability and ongoing research of VAX and competing sites.
    • Execute strategic plans and processes that create operational efficiencies, lower costs and increased profit potential.
    • Actively support the advertising sales team.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

    A successfulMarketing & Analytics Coordinator will have:

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Education or experience with digital or B2B marketing.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency.
    • Ability to communicate effectively via email or online.
