We are looking for a passionate and skilled Healthcare Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our mission of matching exceptional healthcare talent with the facilities that need them.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our nurse staffing services as well as our employment agency services.
Create and manage content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, making datadriven improvements.
Collaborate with our team to create compelling and informative healthcarerelated content.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and healthcare news to inform our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in healthcare marketing and digital marketing.
Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and terminology.
Strong skills in creating and managing content on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet goals and deadlines.
