The program:
How the program works is, we will schedule you an interview with a facility that will allow you to work full time while you obtain your certification at our school.
About the Position:
The Illinois Nursing Academy guarantees Free Job Placement based on your location. As the healthcare industry continues to expand and grow, the needs for hard working staff continue to expand as well. INA pairs you with nursing facilities that want to hire you and pay for your training to become a CNA.
Duties that will be taught through our program/ and at the nursing facility:
• Turning & moving patients.
• Proper usage of medical supplies.
• Bathing patients.
• Grooming patients by brushing their hair, teeth, shaving them, etc.
• Feeding patients and documenting their food and liquid intake.
• Checking vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate.
• Assist residents with changing and toileting
• Answering patient call lights
• Assist with other needs of the patient
