    Wholesale Marketing and Sales Coordinator

    Wholesale Marketing and Sales Coordinator


    As a Wholesale Marketing and Sales Representative for our accessory design business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our products to wholesale clients and drive sales growth.

    Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with retailers, executing marketing campaigns, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Wholesale Client Acquisition:

    Identify and target potential wholesale clients, including retailers, boutiques, and distributors, to expand our customer base and increase product distribution.


    Marketing Strategy:

    Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to wholesale clients, including promotional campaigns, product presentations, and sales materials, to effectively showcase the features and benefits of our hair claw products.


    Sales Generation:

    Drive wholesale sales through proactive outreach, negotiations, and follow-up with potential clients, utilizing persuasive selling techniques and product knowledge to meet or exceed sales targets.


    Relationship Building:

    Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with wholesale clients by providing personalized support, addressing inquiries or concerns, and offering product recommendations or solutions to meet their specific needs.


    Order Management:

    Manage wholesale orders from initial inquiry to fulfillment, including processing orders, coordinating shipment logistics, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.


    Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for product differentiation or expansion into new markets to inform decision-making and enhance competitive advantage.


    Trade Shows and Events:

    Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to showcase our hair claw products, generate leads, and foster relationships with potential wholesale clients.


    Collaboration:

    Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to align sales and marketing efforts, address customer feedback, and optimize product offerings for wholesale distribution.

    Salary Range:

    3000 + Commission


    Qualifications:

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
    Proven track record of success in wholesale sales and marketing, preferably within the fashion accessories or beauty industry.
    Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making at various levels within client organizations.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to effectively convey product value propositions and brand messaging.

    Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.

    Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

    Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
    Passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for trends in accessories and hair care products.
