Description
Our insurance client is seeking anHR Analyst
to join their team on a project-basis. This person will help build out 500+ job descriptions, in anticipation of the implementation/go-live of Workday. Qualified candidates must be strategic, analytical with experience building out job architecture.
Pay:
$30-35/hr (W2)
Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Contract length:
2+ months
Additional Details:
100% remote
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating 550 job descriptions using AI and online tools, for all different levels of roles
Identifying
Job Levels:
Delineating the steps of career progression within a particular role. Determining the best number of job levels per job type based on the needs and structure of their business.
Job Documentation:
Keeping record of general expectations, job functions, and entry requirements. Utilizing this to form job families.
Job Titles:
Selecting titles that indicate a position's level, competencies, and responsibilities.
Compensation Solutions:
Determining pay structures can be developed for different job based on market benchmarks and value of jobs
