    Description

    Title HRIS Manager (NEED to have Oracle experience)

    Hours: Hybrid

    Pay: up to $110K

    Location:

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5-7 years of relevant experience
    • 2+ years of Oracle Cloud Experience (can flex if it is Oracle PeopleSoft) that experience with reporting
    • Experience with dashboarding such manipulating
    • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is necessary
    • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
    • Effective communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
    • Ability to work independently and produce deliverables in a timely manner; ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide user support and answer questions for recently implemented Oracle Cloud HCM
    • Administer a variety of HR system modules in Oracle Cloud HCM including recruiting, performance, talent management, and global HR
    • Support the development of HR system data requirements, based on business needs, standard operating procedures and documentation
    • Provide support for cyclical and ad hoc audits
    • Manage system integrations and vendor relationships
    • Develop and review exceptions reports to monitor data issues and validate quality data
    • Plan for and execute quarterly system update testing
    • Adapt to evolving HR system environment
    • Work with key stakeholders to identify automation or report enhancement opportunities and data process streamlining
    • Develop process documentation for end-users and assist with end-user training
    • As an effective communicator, be able to drive insights into actions that improve business results
    • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS and analytics; continuously increasing HR knowledge and HRIS application knowledge
    • Use data from different sources to draw conclusions and recommend a course of action
    • Utilize interpersonal skills in a collaborative manner to accomplish project goals
    • Understand and use both qualitative and quantitative data to create analytics that drive the business
