    Responsibilities:

    Oversee the accounting activities for multiple partnerships/entities, ensuring accuracy from acquisition through to reporting phases.

    Produce periodic financial reports and ensure compliance with both GAAP and IFRS.

    Manage cash flow, budget preparations, and financial analysis, providing clear and actionable insights.

    Facilitate lender, partner, and investor reporting and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.

    Coordinate with external auditors and tax preparers, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audits and tax filings.

    Supervise and mentor associates and interns in maintaining comprehensive financial records and statements.

    Engage actively in the financial management of hotel acquisitions, including due diligence and initial accounting setups.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

    CPA preferred.

    3+ years of accounting experience in a large public accounting firm or major company/division of a large corporation.

    Proficiency in financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
