Responsibilities:
Lead financial management and accounting operations, ensuring adherence to GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Conduct tax planning and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Collaborate with advertising and marketing departments to manage budgets and monitor spending.
Provide financial insights and analyses on advertising campaigns, evaluating ROI and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial management and accounting within a similar role.
Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial analysis.
Strong skills in GL, month-end, and year-end processes.
Experience with tax planning and compliance.
Proficiency in using major accounting software.
Specific experience managing finances for advertising or marketing departments is highly desirable.
