    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the accounting activities for multiple partnerships/entities, ensuring accuracy from acquisition through to reporting phases.
    • Produce periodic financial reports and ensure compliance with both GAAP and IFRS.
    • Manage cash flow, budget preparations, and financial analysis, providing clear and actionable insights.
    • Facilitate lender, partner, and investor reporting and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax preparers, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audits and tax filings.
    • Supervise and mentor associates and interns in maintaining comprehensive financial records and statements.
    • Engage actively in the financial management of hotel acquisitions, including due diligence and initial accounting setups.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
    • CPA preferred.
    • 3+ years of accounting experience in a large public accounting firm or major company/division of a large corporation.
    • Proficiency in financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
