    Hire Resolve's client is a prestigious law firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join their team in Doral FL.

    As a Senior Accountant - Law, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the firm, ensuring compliance with legal accounting regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making within the organization.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage the firm's financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
    Ensure compliance with legal accounting regulations and firm policies
    Prepare and review financial statements and reports
    Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support decision-making
    Collaborate with partners and other stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets
    Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
    Assist with audits and tax filings
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification preferred
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a law firm or legal environment
    Strong knowledge of legal accounting regulations and principles
    Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Attention to detail and accuracy
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
