    JOB SUMMARY


    The Manager of Marketing and Public Relations supports the medical center's marketing objectives by executing against identified priorities with regards to brand and business goals.

    Areas of direct involvement include community relations, outcomes and service promotion, physician marketing, and internal communications.

    The Manager of Marketing-Public Relations provides facilitates the coordination of hospital marketing efforts, monitors results, and helps develop best practice for areas of responsibility.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

    Serves as a resource to the marketing director in the execution of local branding, community relations, physician awareness, and internal communications strategies.

    Coordinate and implement specific local branding, physician marketing, internal communications and community relations strategies.


    Assist the marketing director and system service line marketing director in developing short term and long-term marketing strategies to meet the business objectives of the medical center.

    Manage the ongoing website content development and update process.

    Support internal communications efforts promoting facility milestones, program accolades and other news/updates related to priority topics as identified by facility leadership.

    Facilitate the scripting, coordination and review process for videos and other graphics.

    Develop, coordinate, and implement specific local branding, physician marketing and community relations strategies.
    Collaborate with physician liaisons to facilitate the development of physician marketing assets.
    Support

    the collateral

    , advertising and asset creation process and printing, including gathering copy, working with designers and coordinating the legal and brand review process.

    Participates in administrative and physician meetings, director meetings and other hospital meetings as needed.
    Maintain activity reports, including meeting notes, project trackers and timelines.

    Provide

    support

    to BSWH news media team connecting with local subject matter experts for news media relations activities.

    Ensures the mission, vision and values of BSWH are incorporated into all activities.
