    Segway is looking for a highly motivated PR Manager to join our Marketing team. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

    The primary function of this role is to lead our marketing communications, manage and execute influencer and media relationships to help drive brand awareness and sales.

    If you are a passionate, self-motivated, curious individual excited to join others who "work smart and play hard", and have a sense of humor, you'll fit right into the Segway Marketing team.

    We're looking for a great, strategic, collaborative and compassionate teammate who loves brand building and yearns for consistency and clarity in all things.

    Someone who understands that "kid on a Christmas morning" feeling when new product samples arrive at the office.

    Responsibilities


    • Maintain media and influencer relationships opportunities that drive earned media results, engagement and brand love.
    • Identify new creator opportunities across emerging platforms and verticals and lead creative ideation, unlocking new opportunities
    • Assist in managing and maintaining a talent contact database, tagging and categorizing at the campaign and initiative level
    • Support the analysis and reporting of quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer initiatives and consumer engagement levels
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date media lists, influencer database/directory, meeting agendas/reports, etc
    • Support the development of press pitch documents and marketing assets for external use
    • Assist in managing the sample request process, partnering with cross functional teams to coordinate the fulfillment of all incoming sample inquiries from influencers and media outlets while maintaining and monitoring tracking documents
    • Coordinate and manage all PR and Influencer Marketing for new launches and core product activations
    • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the support and resources they need to be successful
    • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, assessing key KPIs, and taking action to optimize results
    • Provide affiliates with marketing materials, banners, and other creative assets to support their promotional efforts

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, PR and influencer marketing, preferably in a managerial role
    • Strong understanding of online marketing channels, performance metrics, and tracking tools
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and platforms
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Flexibility and willingness to pivot based on business needs.
    • Have a fast-paced work ethic and can-do attitude

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Meltwater or other media monitoring platforms
    • Experience working with global companies
    • Fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, and/or French
    • Background in micromobility, EV, e-bikes
    Compensation: 75,000-80,000
