As part of their continuously expanding team, our client focuses on high-performance rather than targeting the mass market.

They are currently looking for a candidate to fill the following responsibilities:

Implementation, oversight, and conceptual development of the ICS and finance risk management system
Establishing procedures and practices for risk management, risk reports, and finance ICS
Conducting independent risk quantifications and analyses, involving relevant departments and reporting to management
Developing internal risk assessment and management procedures, instruments, and reporting processes
Introducing and implementing suitable IT solutions for risk management and ICS
Executing new regulatory rules related to risk management and ongoing monitoring
Collaborating with specialized departments to create risk management and mitigation strategies
Willingness to take on additional duties within the financial industry

The ideal candidate should have a degree in business or equivalent, strong knowledge of internal and external accounting, customs, and taxes, and a background in financial mathematics, stochastic analysis, statistics, or probability theory.

They should also possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as excellent communication, teamwork, and social skills. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP FI/CO, risk management systems, and an affinity for data
