About the Role:

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding relationships with our most critical clients.

Your strategic approach and deep understanding of client needs will drive long-term success and growth for both beBee and our partners.

Responsibilities:

Developing account strategies to maintain and grow revenue from key clients.
Regularly reviewing clients' satisfaction levels as well as identifying new opportunities.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Leading negotiations and closing deals in line with company goals and client expectations.

Requirements and Skills:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
5+ years' experience in key account management preferably within technology or professional services sector.
Proven track record of managing major accounts while achieving revenue targets.
Strong analytical skills coupled with problemsolving abilities that can develop strategic plans.
Excellent communication skills including negotiation skills.
