Responsibilities:

  • Serve as consultant to management on human resourcerelated issues
  • Analyze trends metrics develop HR solutions programs policies
  • To manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent people management skills and the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
