- Continuously monitor and adjust schedules to maximize resource utilization.
- Work closely with a range of stakeholders to identify and resolve scheduling issues, develop solutions, and communicate changes in a timely manner.
- Manage scheduling for weekends, holidays, and coordinate reassignments during absences and vacations.
- Collaborate with designated trainers to ensure that technicians' skills align with the specific needs of each study.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance the capabilities of the technical team.
- Bachelor's Degree in biomedical field or equivalent, and two years in a laboratory or animal care setting, or at least five years in a laboratory or animal care setting.

The Scheduler Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing the scheduling of study activities across various departments to optimize the utilization of shared research technologist resources.
This dynamic position involves collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, including Study Directors, Project Managers, Supervisors, and Leads, to manage and adjust scheduled assignments, maximize resource capacity, accommodate changes, and minimize scheduling errors.
