Obtain Licenses: Work towards becoming a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and acquiring your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, fully sponsored by Fidelity. This includes dedicated study time, coaching, customized study plans, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is mandatory.
Build and Solidify Skills: Develop your skills by supporting customers both remotely and in person, enhancing your abilities and knowledge. Take advantage of networking opportunities, training sessions, and more to enhance your expertise. After completing the training, you'll transition to working full-time at the Investor Center, with the possibility of initially supporting remote customers before moving to the Investor Center.

As part of the onboarding process, you'll assist Fidelity's customers over the phone, addressing inquiries about account balances, transactions, resources, and trades, with the flexibility of working from home and spending one day per week at the Investor Center. Following the onboarding period, you will transition to working at the Investor Center full-time.

The base salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $75,000 per year, with placement based on various factors.
