    Financial Services Representative

    Excited about helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative! Here, you'll get the chance to focus on your growth and career development, handling inbound calls to support our customers, all while preparing to become the official face of Fidelity at our Investor Centers. Jumpstart your career in planning and advice at Fidelity with comprehensive training to help you obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, expert career guidance, and recognition of your accomplishments as you build your skills and knowledge. As part of the onboarding process, you'll assist Fidelity's customers over the phone, addressing inquiries about account balances, transactions, resources, and trades, with the flexibility of working from home and spending one day per week at the Investor Center. Following the onboarding period, you will transition to working at the Investor Center full-time.

    What to expect...

    As a new Financial Services Representative, your onboarding leader will guide you through our industry-leading training program during your first year, splitting your time between home and the Investor Center.

    • Obtain Licenses: Work towards becoming a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and acquiring your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, fully sponsored by Fidelity. This includes dedicated study time, coaching, customized study plans, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is mandatory.

    • Build and Solidify Skills: Develop your skills by supporting customers both remotely and in person, enhancing your abilities and knowledge. Take advantage of networking opportunities, training sessions, and more to enhance your expertise. After completing the training, you'll transition to working full-time at the Investor Center, with the possibility of initially supporting remote customers before moving to the Investor Center.

    The base salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $75,000 per year, with placement based on various factors.

    Your salary is just one component of your compensation package. Depending on the role and eligibility, additional compensation such as bonuses may be included.

    Fidelity's working model combines remote work with in-person collaboration, ensuring both associate and business needs are met. Most hybrid roles currently require onsite work for one full week every four weeks (expanding to two full weeks in September 2024).
