As a Customer Service Representative (Retail), you will be the face of our brand, responsible for ensuring every customer receives personalized and friendly assistance.

Your goal is to provide a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.

  • Greet and assist customers warmly, offering expert advice and product recommendations based on their needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, products, and store policies.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
