Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think critically.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
