Assured Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team This will be a in person positon, we are looking for someone with an amazing attitude who is always ready to help customers and wants to grow within the company

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty.
  • Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues.
  • Problem solve and make professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the instore services that the firm's clients offer.
  • Participate in the company's social media campaigns
  • Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in Marketing, Retail, Food Industry, Customer Service, and Sales is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Effective listening skills
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Deadline and resultsoriented
  • Selfmotivated and proactive qualities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
